Mussoorie located in the foothills of Himalayan ranges is famous all over India for housing some of the premier schools in the country since the colonial days. St. George's College (Mussoorie), is one of the well-known all-boys boarding schools. It is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, (ICSE) New Delhi.
